  • 5.0 out of 5 stars from Pepper -- Not everyone's favorite author : I really like Charles Brockden Brown; his novels are long and complicated, but full of interesting information (please note footnotes.) This one is very complicated and shows what life was like at the turn of the 19th century, as well as bringing up things I have always wondered about. This is a fine book! • 5.0 out of 5 stars from JMC -- Is this merely a story about biloquism? Or is there something supernatural involved? : Either way, read the book. It's a fun read. My professor said it was supposed to be fun anyway. I was more creeped out than anything else. Half the class agreed with me. ( Reviewed in the United States on August 8, 2013 )
